Individual Therapy

Working with me feels warm, steady, and collaborative. As a small, private pay practice, I’m able to provide more personalized, flexible care focused on your needs and not insurance requirements. Sessions are a place to slow down, feel safe, and make sense of what you’ve been carrying while identifying what you want to do next. I help you notice patterns, understand how your thoughts and emotions connect, and practice tools that support real change with curiosity and gentle challenge.

I work with those needing support with ADHD, low mood, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, and life changes, and pull from the following modalities:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

It’s common to wonder if therapy is necessary, worry about being judged, or feel unsure what to say, especially if you’re new to this. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. I offer a space where you don’t have to mask or overexplain. We can start where you are and move at your pace.

Rates & Insurance:

  • Private pay accepted at $175

I do not bill insurance directly, but I can provide superbills for potential reimbursement.

Why Private Pay?

Choosing private pay means your care isn't shaped by what an insurance company decides is "medically necessary." Sessions go at your pace. We work on what matters to you and not a diagnosis code. Many clients use HSA or FSA funds to cover sessions. I can also provide superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Reach out to your insurer before we begin if you'd like to explore that option.
