About Me

Resilience has shaped how I understand people and the stories they carry. Growing up, I saw it in my single, immigrant mother and in my family’s sacrifices to build something better. Those experiences taught me that while two people can go through the same thing, their experience of it can feel completely different—especially when identity, culture, and the way your brain works are part of the picture.

I am a bilingual therapist (Spanish and English) providing therapy online in the state of California. I enjoy working with BIPOC adult individuals navigating ADHD and life transitions—moments that can feel overwhelming, disorienting, or harder to manage than they “should” be. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in mindfulness, helping you slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and reconnect with your values. Together, we focus on understanding patterns, practicing kindness toward yourself, and building a way of living that feels more aligned, steady, and sustainable—even during change.

When I am not providing therapy services, I like to tend to my plantitas (plants), volunteer at an animal shelter, or get lost in Animal Crossing.
