About Me

If you’ve spent most of your life wondering why things that feel simple for others feels like an obstacle course for you, and you’ve been blamed, or blame yourself, you are in the right place.

I specialize in ADHD focused therapy for adults, with a particular focus on women and people who came to their diagnosis later in life. I understand that late diagnosis comes with grief alongside relief. My work is rooted in self-compassion and ACT. I’ve found that understanding why your brain works the way it does, and learning to work with it instead of against it, changes everything.

I am a bilingual therapist (Spanish and English) providing therapy online in the state of California. I work with adult individuals navigating ADHD and life transitions—moments that can feel overwhelming, disorienting, or harder to manage than they “should” be. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in mindfulness, helping you slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and reconnect with your values. Together, we focus on understanding patterns, practicing kindness toward yourself, and building a way of living that feels more aligned, steady, and sustainable, even during change.

When I am not providing therapy services, I like to tend to my plantitas (plants), volunteer at an animal shelter, or get lost in Animal Crossing.
